Delay

Unfortunately, my experience with the company was not satisfactory. Despite placing an order a month ago, I did not receive any response after sending multiple emails.

I then contacted the company through their chat service 4 times, where I was given excuses, such as:

"We have your frame, now waiting for your glass to be ready"

Two week passes by for the next excuse:

"We have your glass, now waiting for your frame."

However, even after receiving these responses, I did not receive any updates for another two weeks.

Ultimately, due to the long delay and lack of communication, I had no choice but to cancel my order, and now I am left without the glass I had hoped to receive.

Contact lenses expiry date less than 1 year

Bought a box of 24pcs contact lenses. The expiry date is less than 1 year and it was not indicated in the product page. Customer service, Victoria De, can only offer us a refund if we mail back the lenses to them. We are located half the word away from them. Very disappointed and feel cheated after being a customer of several years. Do not buy contact lenses from them!!

AVOID!!!!

AVOID!!!!I had to call twice due to a cock up with my prescription being sent. Both times I was put in a long queue before I got through to speak to someone. I was told my prescription hadn't been received despite an email to me confirming it had when I placed the order! The person I spoke to the second time I called to enquire about late delivery didn't have a clue of what she was doing and spoke so quietly I had to keep asking her to speak up and repeat what she had said.. .she would then speak just as quietly (so frustrating) She again told me my prescription hadn't been sent (I told her it had and I had a confirmation email from them)....then put me on hold, came back saying they did have it...I was asked to hold again...then it was apparently it had been "too small to read" ?????......then she put me on hold AGAIN, came back and said no it was with them, they read it fine and my glasses were due to arrive within the week ?‍♀️. Jesus wept!When they did arrive they were fine prescription wise, but would fit an elephant! They're very loose and fall off if I put my head down.Would I buy from Select Specs again? No!

I have used this company 3 times and my first 2 pairs of glasses arrived as I expected.I thought I would buy a spare pair and paid a supplement for speedy delivery.My glasses arrived a month later.I was very pleased with the product bu disgusted with the poor service on my last pair.

Unbeatable

Really pleased with my 2 pairs of glasses, fantastic quality for the price, even though I upgraded the lenses I paid around £45 for both pairs with delivery to Italy! Selectspecs will be my go-to opticians from now on!

Two pairs of glasses ordered, 7 weeks and still waiting for 2nd pair

Two pairs of glasses ordered, one received, faulty, the staff were helpful and a replacement pair sent.All good you say? sort of, but the problem, 7 weeks from initial order still no sign of the second pair.

Had Frames re Glazed to Varifocals

I would like too give 5 stars but service was too slow.Had Glasses re glazed to Varifocals . Fortunately they are my spare pair.Tried them this evening and they are great.

Order took a month rather than 14 days…

Order took a month rather than 14 days as specified. Wheb I emailed to find out what was happening I had no correspondence. Glasses themselves are comfy and fit well.

Would give no stars i

Would give no stars if possible been waiting on my glasses from beginning of February still not arrived after numerous phone calls and emails. Promised ever time they would be here in under 1 week, have now asked to be refunded obviously had no reply to this email either. Extremely dissatisfied and I will never order again
